About this role
Role Overview
- Support the full range of project management processes including scope, budget, reporting, planning, client interaction, and contract administration
- Take proactive responsibility for small to medium projects (approx. NOK 10–100M)
- Represent Cumming Group to clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Assist with risk and value management, including workshops and project risk registers
- Manage contract administration, monthly reporting, and chair project meetings
- Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work outputs while supporting senior PMs as needed
Requirements
- Degree qualified (industry or non-industry)
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in the construction industry
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders and motivating teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Working towards MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification
- Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Risk Management are an advantage
- Solid knowledge of construction industry practices and technical matters
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with clients and colleagues alike
- Understanding of HS&E (HMS) legislation
