About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of proactive lead generation and pipeline development in Switzerland and Germany
Identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies
Coordinate initial meetings with our sales team
Build and maintain your own lead pipeline through structured outbound activities (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
Research and engage primarily technical decision-makers (e.g., CISOs, IT managers) within enterprise accounts
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Schedule and prepare presentation meetings
Work closely with marketing, partners and sales to optimize sales campaigns
Maintain all activities and contacts in the CRM (HubSpot)
Represent xorlab at events and webinars
Actively contribute to and continuously improve our BDR processes and tools, playbooks and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) within the B2B software, IT, or cybersecurity space
Proven track record in lead generation and securing meetings with enterprise customers
Familiar with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and modern sales tools
Strong interest in IT security and a basic technical understanding
Strong communication skills across all channels – written, phone and in person
Self-organized, structured work style with a strong hunter mentality
Fluent in German (written and spoken) and business-fluent (negotiation-level) in English
