Support the COO on core operations topics for Veli
Support the funding round from the outset, including investor research, pipeline management and data room
Manage onboarding projects for new assisted-living customers
Develop customer success structures and translate customer feedback into requirements for product and operations
Design processes and structures and lead strategic high-impact projects
Take on parts of the recruiting process to ensure fast, smooth operations and a positive candidate experience
Requirements
At least one year of relevant professional experience
Project experience that has been structured, managed and successfully executed, ideally in a startup environment or in operations, project management or customer success
Strong execution skills and a high drive to get things done
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust and remain reliable in challenging situations
Analytical thinking and strong numerical aptitude
Confidence working with KPIs, budget planning, forecasts and spreadsheets
Confident and clear communication in German, minimum C1 level
