Reflection is on a mission to build open superintelligence and make it accessible to all. They are seeking a Sovereign Sales Operations Lead to build and lead the operational engine behind the Sovereign team, supporting high-impact deals and overseeing administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Support: Partner with Regional Directors to advance complex sovereign deals
- Sales Enablement: Direct the creation of high-impact sales materials
- Pipeline Rigor: Own the forecast; enforce CRM hygiene and support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for the unit
- Operational Oversight: Oversee global travel engagements and executive briefings (managing analyst and admin support)
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Sovereign team and other non-Engineering and Engineering teams to ensure alignment
