Close collaboration with the team on architectural decisions and technical concepts
Debugging, refactoring and optimizing existing applications
Active participation in projects, new features, automations and internal tools

You have formal training or practical experience in software development – what matters is that you can do the job and want to keep learning
Understanding of REST APIs, databases (e.g. MySQL), Git and modern development workflows
