- Confidently demonstrate products (Haircare, Floorcare, Environmental Care & Audio)
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store success
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Share responsibility for store performance and presentation
Requirements
- Experience in sales/retail (ideally in premium or technical products)
- Excellent communication skills
- Service-oriented with a confident presence
- Interest in innovative products
- Flexibility (including weekends)
- Very good German language skills; English is a plus
