Oversee a complex portfolio of accounts, serving as the ultimate strategic architect for their most critical people and integration challenges.
Maintain a strong delivery presence by delivering hands-on, consultative services that demonstrate the gold standard of Compass expertise.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
Minimum of twelve years of progressive HR/Talent/Organizational Development experience required, experience as a Director or higher within a consulting organization or an in-house HR team highly preferred.
Ability to manage and deliver on regular client requests in at least 70% of the areas listed in the pick list outlined below: Employee Relations Compliance Benefits Administration Organizational Design Compensation Architecture Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy Coaching Mediations Management Training Job Description Architecture Investigations Onboarding/Offboarding HRIS Technology Implementation Performance Management Employee Engagement Culture, Strategy, and Change Management
Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
You must be comfortable with an ever-changing schedule and a diverse client base.
Past demonstrated experience moving seamlessly between high-level management and tactical, client-facing execution required.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
