Manage the full sales cycle
from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts
Present Shift Markets’ full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto, TradFi, and FX markets
Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM
Represent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner
Requirements
2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
Established network of contacts in brokerages, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.)
Previous experience working within an FX/CFD brokerage, Neo/Challenger Bank, Payment Processor, or Crypto-native entity
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
