You'll be the first dedicated sales hire, which means you get to shape how this is done.
Reporting directly to the SLT: You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting the right opportunities, through to pitching, proposal, and close.
This isn't a role where leads land in your inbox, so you'll need to be proactive, self-directed, and energised by building relationships from scratch.
Requirements
Someone who has done this before in an agency environment.
You'll likely come from a Business Director, Head of BD, or senior client/commercial leadership background within a digital, creative, or performance agency, with a strong track record of generating and converting new business.
You know the agency world, you understand how to sell services (not products), and you have the network and the credibility to open doors.
You're comfortable working independently, you don't need a team behind you to be effective, and you're motivated by the idea of building something that becomes yours.
