Role Overview
Provide responsive, high-quality support across tickets, email, phone, and chat
Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
Collaborate with the support team via Slack and Google Workspace
Manage and track customer interactions using Gorgias
Adapt to customer needs without relying on strict scripts
Suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes
Requirements
1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat)
Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
Willing to work night shift
Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus
