About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
- Handle claims intake by phone and support customers, partners and repair shops
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment transactions
- Assess damages and liability, decide on claim settlements, and coordinate with insurers
- Manage repair-shop and insurance handling, including obtaining insurer approvals, inspections and repair authorisations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
- Initial experience in a complex service or industrial environment
- Interest in claims processes and numbers, and a strong IT affinity
- Completed commercial training or a business-related degree
