Role Overview

• Conversion-focused copy across all formats
• Funnel ownership and design of customer journeys
• Strong audience instinct and targeted messaging
• A/B testing and optimization of CVR, CAC, AOV, and ROAS
• Ownership and implementation of ideas

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in direct response copywriting
• Proven results with concrete metrics
• Deep understanding of sales psychology
• Experience using AI tools
• Fluent German
