About this role
Role Overview
Provide essential customer and technical support to ensure a seamless experience for users.
Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day with a focus on quality and security.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mobile devices, computers, and accounts.
Utilize internal CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
Native or C1 proficiency in Czech
English (B2) required for training and internal systems
Previous experience in a tech support environment is required.
Advanced PC knowledge and high typing accuracy (20+ WPM)
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a significant advantage.
Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to handle B2B interactions if needed.
