
Position Senior / Lead Product Owner

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with 10+ years of experience leading complex digital products within marketplace and platform-based ecosystems.
The role requires strong ownership of product vision, roadmap, and execution across catalog management, marketplace integration, order routing modernization, data platform migrations, and agentic AI-driven initiatives.
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketplace, catalog, order, and data platform initiatives.
Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business and modernization goals.
Translate business objectives into clear epics, features, and user stories.
Balance innovation, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction.
Catalog Management & Marketplace Platforms
Lead product ownership of enterprise-scale catalog management including onboarding, enrichment, pricing, and promotions.
Support multi-vendor, multi-channel, and multi-marketplace catalog models.
Define catalog APIs and workflows for internal platforms and external marketplace partners.
Drive catalog scalability, performance, and data quality improvements.
Marketplace Integration & Partner Enablement
Define and own marketplace integration strategies across B2B and B2C ecosystems.
Establish requirements for product synchronization, inventory, pricing, orders, and fulfillment.
Collaborate with platform teams to ensure secure and reliable integrations.
Drive onboarding of new marketplace partners and integration capabilities.
Order Routing & OMS Modernization
Lead order routing modernization initiatives including intelligent routing and split fulfillment.
Define routing rules based on inventory, cost, SLA, and geographic factors.
Partner with architecture teams to modernize legacy OMS platforms.
Data Platform Migration Support
Act as Product Owner for data platform migration initiatives.
Define requirements for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics consumption.
Ensure data consistency, lineage, governance, and reporting continuity.
Agentic AI & Intelligent Capabilities
Drive agentic AI use cases such as catalog enrichment, automated order handling, and AI-assisted decisioning.
Define AI success metrics, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Ensure AI solutions align with governance, ethics, and scalability standards.
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary Product Owner in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
Own backlog prioritization, grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
Collaborate with engineering, data, AI, UX, and business stakeholders.
Act as the single point of accountability for product outcomes.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Strong experience with marketplace and e-commerce platforms.
Deep understanding of catalog management, marketplace integrations, and order management.
Experience with API-driven, microservices, and event-driven platforms.
Hands-on experience supporting data platform migrations.
Leadership & Soft Skills
