About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative support to HR and other departments across the organization
Manage and respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records across systems
Assist with project coordination and ensure tasks are completed within set timeframes
Support onboarding, documentation, and general HR administrative processes
Track and manage tasks using internal systems and tools
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Strong time management and project execution skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Proficient in:
Microsoft Outlook
Monday.com
CentralReach (preferred)
Viventium (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
