Elicit, structure, and assess business and technical requirements
Design suitable solution approaches in close collaboration with technical teams
Actively participate in all project phases – from analysis and design to implementation
Facilitate workshops and coordinate with business units, IT, and decision-makers
Prepare concepts, proposals, and presentations
Use modern AI tools to support research, structuring, and concept development

Completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification (career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome)
Experience in IT, project, or digital transformation environments
Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Strong IT affinity and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
