Collaborate with our Data Science team to design ML models that intelligently present the right offer at the right time, maximizing conversion while prioritizing consumer wellness.
Partner with global vendors (e.g., Stripe, Plaid) to eliminate transaction friction, expand payment options, and strategically manage processing costs.
Lead the development of a robust balance-ledger service and intuitive user interfaces that allow consumers to track history and manage obligations with total confidence.
Identify and quantify new B2B opportunities, partnering with Sales and Marketing to bring high-impact payment solutions to market with a stellar GTM strategy.
Establish and monitor the KPIs that matter, using a mix of user research and quantitative analysis to iterate rapidly in an Agile environment.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience, with a deep-seated understanding of the payments industry, gateways, and consumer-facing financial journeys.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements and user pain points into detailed, actionable product specifications.
Thrive when working across functional lines—specifically with Data Scientists and Engineers—to turn raw data and machine learning into impactful user features.
Navigate the technical nuances of a ledger system while eloquently advocating for the user experience to stakeholders and clients.
Veteran of Agile methodologies and hold a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or have the equivalent "real-world" experience to prove it).
Extra credit if you’ve dabbled in A/B testing, understand the nuances of debt resolution, or have hands-on experience with AI applications in finance.
