You will serve as the link between software development and order-specific project engineering and commissioning.
Support software development as the application-related point of contact for interface-relevant teams, e.g., project engineering.
Transfer new software modules and their adaptations into the order-specific series.
Close coordination with the project engineering and commissioning teams with regard to requirement specifications.
Support project engineering and commissioning with machine configurations, particularly concerning new functionalities and parameters.
Technical coordination with colleagues and other departments.
Preparation of configuration specifications for project engineering and commissioning.
GAMP-compliant documentation of new functionalities.
Occasional business travel to customers.
Training and support of users worldwide.
Requirements
Qualification as a technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering or mechatronics, degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable technical training.
Experience in the project engineering and commissioning of special-purpose machines.
Knowledge of programming in Structured Text (IEC 61131-3).
PLC knowledge (preferably B&R).
Independent, responsible and collegial way of working.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel worldwide (<10%).
