Online Marketing Strategist

Role Overview

• Strategic development of clients and digital business models
• Planning, concept development and implementation of holistic online marketing strategies
• Conducting and facilitating strategic workshops (marketing, content, AI)
• Development of SEO and SEA strategies, including implementation and optimization
• Management and further development of social media strategies
• Designing content strategies aligned with clearly defined goals and KPIs
• Use of AI tools and AI strategies to increase efficiency and quality
• Continuous monitoring, analysis and performance optimization
• Close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with a high degree of ownership

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing
• Experience in strategic development and client consulting
• At least 5 verifiable successful reference projects
• Very strong consulting skills and experience conducting strategic workshops
• Advanced skills in SEO, SEA, social media and digital marketing ecosystems
• High technology and AI affinity and active use of AI in daily work
• Strong data-driven mindset and confident handling of KPIs and analytics tools
• Highly independent, structured working style within interdisciplinary teams
