Support in the core HR Europe team on strategic, operational and administrative matters
Independently prepare and consolidate HR reporting as well as perform data analyses and data preparation
Assist in preparing decision materials for top management
Take responsibility for and implement small HR projects independently, e.g., setting up internal communication channels and supporting various personnel development initiatives
Work closely with regional business partners and support the servicing of top management across the employee lifecycle
Support the Europe-wide personnel requisition process
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable field, ideally with initial practical experience in HR or related areas
Confident user of common MS Office applications such as Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
Interest in continuously expanding digital/media skills, particularly in working with HR software solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Service-oriented and independent working style combined with strong reliability and very good communication skills
Strong organizational skills, team orientation, a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of taking responsibility for HR tasks
