Open requests for hiring the directorate’s contractors (PJ) across five management areas, in accordance with Governance rules;
Monitor the directorate’s headcount (entries, exits, or movements between CLT and PJ) and update the HC system monthly;
Review CLT capitalizations in the TAPs monthly with managers and TAP owners/focal points, report on and reconcile actuals;
Reconcile invoice (NF) postings, order issuances and address variances;
Record provisions for entries that are due but not yet posted in SAP;
Support Opex forecasting;
Support Capex forecasting for the Data Directorate and the TAPs we manage;
Support the process for new procurements/renewals of licenses and services for the directorate (requests, registration, contracts, orders, invoicing, accounting entries);
Requirements
Experience with organization, planning and control
Experience in administrative and financial/accounting activities
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields
