Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience owning searches independently
- Ability to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
- Comfortable with sourcing candidates through common recruiting channels
- Data-informed and uses funnel metrics to adjust approach
- Communicates clearly and explains rationale behind recommendations
- Adaptable across different functions and changing business priorities
- Deep care for candidate experience and hiring quality
