Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Vertical ABM Program Ownership — North America
- Executing the vertical ABM program across ICP-matched accounts, coordinating targeted campaigns across content, outreach, paid programs, and field events
- Planning and executing small, high-impact field events (e.g., executive dinners, roundtables) with defined pipeline targets and follow-up strategies
- Running targeted webinars and vertical campaigns aligned to specific audience segments and pain points
- Leading coordinated sales blitz initiatives, partnering with SDRs and AEs to drive outreach and engagement
- Developing and maintaining vertical-specific content assets (e.g., briefs, one-pagers, competitive materials)
- Tracking and reporting on program performance, including accounts engaged, Hand Raisers generated, pipeline created, and bookings influenced
AI-Powered Execution & Optimization
- Using AI as a primary tool for campaign execution, including data analysis, content generation, targeting, and personalization
- Analyzing account data to identify clusters of high-fit prospects based on firmographic, technographic, and intent signals
- Generating and iterating messaging, sequences, and campaign content using AI tools
- Leveraging AI to analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize outcomes
Sales Alignment & Revenue Impact
- Partnering closely with SDRs and Account Executives to execute coordinated account-based motions
- Ensuring strong alignment between marketing programs and sales priorities
- Supporting sales with targeted outreach strategies, messaging, and account insights
- Operating with full accountability for pipeline generation and contribution to bookings
Requirements
**Required Qualifications **
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing
- At least 2 years of experience running ABM programs in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through targeted marketing programs
- Experience executing field events and account-based campaigns
- Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**AI Fluency **
Active, daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for:
- Data analysis and research
- Content generation and iteration
- Campaign personalization
- Performance analysis and optimization
**Preferred **
- Vertical industry experience
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment
- Experience in creating sales enablement materials (e.g., sequences, messaging, competitive assets)
