Role Overview
End-to-End Experience Design: Design complete journeys considering interaction, system behavior, and product decisions — going beyond the interface.
AI Experience Orchestration: Design how and when the system interacts with users, taking into account response times, content anticipation, and the use of multiple agents.
Perceived Performance Optimization: Address issues such as wait times, user anxiety, and abandonment, proposing solutions that balance speed and quality.
Continuous Experimentation: Conduct tests and prototypes to validate experience hypotheses, especially in critical flows (e.g., document upload, response generation).
Integration with Technical Systems: Work closely with engineering to understand architectural limitations and opportunities (models, performance, response validation).
Use of AI in the Design Process: Leverage AI tools for prototyping, ideation, and building solutions, reducing reliance on traditional tools.
Requirements
Product/Service Design: Strong experience designing complex journeys and systems thinking.
Experience with AI in Product: Hands-on experience designing or working on products that use AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems.
AI Fluency (intermediate+): Ability to use AI in day-to-day work to build solutions, prototypes, and flows — beyond basic prompt usage.
Problem-Oriented Thinking: Ability to work on open and ambiguous problems, connecting user experience with product logic.
Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineering, understanding concepts such as performance, processing, and system orchestration.
Autonomy and Maturity: Ability to operate in a highly senior environment with little structure and high complexity.
