About this role

Oversee key administrative functions, including profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system maintenance.
Implement and customize page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative features.
Conduct internal system audits, manage upgrades, and maintain platform security.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and implement improvements.
Oversee third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack.
Monitor Salesforce releases, recommend new functionalities, and implement updates.

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in declarative development (flows, validation rules, etc.).
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork, delivering results that drive efficiency and growth.
Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
Self-starter with a “get stuff done” attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
