participate in the full system lifecycle, including development, testing, and production validation

assist in planning, developing, and implementing automation solutions and workflows
monitor, track, and present technical performance metrics for IT systems
analyze system capacity and performance to align with operational requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Active Top Secret clearance with current 5-year update (preferred)
Experience with Linux in an enterprise environment, including RHEL, CentOS, and Fedora
Experience with scripting and automation, including Bash, Python, and Ansible
Experience with Windows in an enterprise environment, including Server 2019, Exchange, and MDT/WDS
Experience with VMware in an enterprise environment, including vSphere, vCenter, and vSAN
Experience with network storage solutions, including SAN/NAS, NetApp, MSA, iSCSI, and FCP
Experience with industry frameworks and methodologies, including ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SRE
Experience designing and administering VMware infrastructure
Experience with Cisco routing and switching environments, including network topology design, VLAN configuration, and virtualization integration
Experience with SIEM tools (i.e. Splunk)
Experience with Tenable.SC deployment & configuration
Experience with PDQ Deploy and Inventory Windows patch management tool
