Create diagrams and flowcharts to provide better functional detailing of products and services to be developed.
Identify potential issues, update technical standards and manuals to ensure information alignment, customer retention, and business growth.
Maintain positive relationships with client companies to identify opportunities to improve products and/or services, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and protect the company's brand reputation in the market.
Act as a team facilitator: support and accompany the team during the execution of ceremonies and participate in meetings and daily stand-ups.
Conduct product acceptance with the requester (client), ensuring the agreed delivery quality.
Identify opportunities and problems with critical judgment, evaluate impacts, and act quickly and strategically, prioritizing solutions based on value added to the client, project, and company.
Stay up to date on new technologies and market trends through digital and field research, catalogs, and attendance at trade shows and conferences to identify and propose business opportunities.
Work with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and related tools) in planning, monitoring, and updating projects.
Be available to all project stakeholders for any necessary clarifications.
Ensure excellence in relationships (internal and external), work, and performance.
Requirements
Minimum education: currently enrolled in a university degree program.
Preferred training: courses in product-related areas.
Field of study: Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferably 2 or more years of experience in the area.
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Preferred tools and methodologies: BPM (Business Process Management), Mind Mapping, Agile, Project Management, portfolio management, and product and service documentation.
Techniques for prioritization and user story creation.
