Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions
Define end-to-end finance solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
Drive design of FI/CO processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling
Ensure integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, and others) and external systems
Guide finance process improvements, automation, and standardization
Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and Brownfield transformations
Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Provide technical leadership to functional and development teams
Requirements
8+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations
Strong expertise in FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking
Strong CO knowledge: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Overhead CO
Good understanding of COPA (Profitability Analysis)
Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience including Brownfield upgrades and migrations
Experience in end-to-end finance architecture design
Strong SAP integration experience with MM, SD, and enterprise systems
Experience with SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, or SAC reporting (preferred)
Exposure to Cash Management, Treasury, and Group Reporting (plus)
Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and LSMW
Strong understanding of financial compliance, taxation, and controls
Experience in finance transformation and process optimization programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Leadership experience in cross-functional delivery environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable
