Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budget and long-range plan outlook.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated P&L for Actuals and Forecasts.
Help the FP&A team on deliverables and ongoing variance analysis.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly business review, and other executive level presentations with financial analysis, variance explanations and key business insights.
Help gather, analyze large datasets, and report Platform+ metrics data by working with cross functional teams within the company.
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational performance.
Partner with the accounting group to manage close timelines, process, and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA or CPA preferred but not required).
Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, yet at times, ambiguous environment.
Hard-working team player with a “no task is too small” attitude.
Creative problem-solver who digs into root causes analytically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to tell complex stories simply and adapt to questions.
Data-driven and experienced in examining a business scenario, outcome, or use case employing data, metrics, and analysis.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
High attention to detail and desire to solve problems and improve processes.
Understanding of accounting concepts preferred.
Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI will be a plus.
