Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities to build a high-quality sales pipeline
Leverage three lead sources: Partnerships, Marketing, Self-generated outbound (core focus)
Manage and nurture ~25 opportunities annually, including ~6 self-generated leads
Own the full sales cycle from value identification to negotiation and contract closure
Ensure every opportunity has a touchpoint every 30 days
Progress opportunities to the next stage within 45–90 days
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including opportunity value and closing plans
Collaborate across Sales and internal teams to drive collective success
Clearly communicate value propositions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Act as a strong representative of Enfuce in the market
Requirements
Strong discovery and questioning skills to engage senior decision-makers
Ability to maintain momentum in complex sales conversations
Deep understanding of the card payments industry and CaaS solutions
Experience managing multiple opportunities and guiding them to successful outcomes
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent presentation skills (C-level and technical audiences)
