Role Overview
Lead the development of high-impact energy market research, delivering clear, actionable insights supported by robust data and industry expertise.
Design and execute primary research, including senior-level interviews with industry stakeholders across the energy value chain.
Build and maintain market sizing, forecasting, and scenario models, ensuring strong assumptions, methodological rigor, and analytical consistency.
Track and interpret technology, regulatory, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities, risks, and market inflection points.
Author and own strategic research reports, translating complex analysis into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, confidently defending assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions.
Collaborate with global research, consulting, and commercial teams to support client engagements and business development initiatives.
Maintain and expand a strong network of industry contacts to continuously validate insights and enhance research quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, business, market research, energy studies, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in energy market research, consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical environment.
Proven ability to produce high-quality written analysis in professional English.
Demonstrated experience conducting primary research and building market forecasts and models.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, trends, and strategic implications.
Confidence engaging with senior industry stakeholders and presenting insights in a clear and structured manner.
Desire, curiosity, and enthusiasm to build your expertise in the energy sector to become a respected thought leader.
