Role Overview
Providing technical assistance and support to end users by responding to help desk tickets, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems and implementing solutions
Helping configure, build, and deploy machines for new employees
Providing support to remote ESP offices
Requirements
Customer service attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with laptops, workstations, cell phones, printing systems, and hardware troubleshooting
Working knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
Ability to work well in a highly collaborative, team setting
Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities while supporting/communicating with IT teammates
Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
Preferred: Experience with LAN/WAN support
Knowledge of VPN access and large-scale plotting systems
Experience with Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019 support
Experience with Hyper-V software and/or VM software
Associates Degree and/or 2+ years of experience in computer systems or corporate IT support
Physical Requirements: Capable of walking various terrains, including inclines and declines. Must be capable of carrying up to but not limited to 50lbs of equipment and or supplies throughout various locations. Bending, Kneeling, Twisting and Repetitive Lifting of 20lbs are required
