Coordinating APAC payroll activities in line with agreed payroll calendars, ensuring accurate and timely data flow and validation
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and Hong Kong, including statutory and year-end reporting
Acting as the key point of contact for clients and global partners, resolving queries and maintaining strong working relationships
Leading governance calls and preparing monthly service reports across clients and countries
Overseeing the APAC Payroll Delivery Team, providing guidance, managing workloads, and supporting development and performance
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local statutory requirements
Monitoring payroll deliverables, reporting accuracy, and supporting billing processes
Driving process improvements, knowledge sharing, and participation in project-based initiatives
Collaborating with global implementation and payroll teams to ensure consistent delivery and best practices

Demonstrate strong leadership, with the ability to guide, develop, and motivate a regional payroll team
