Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers, distributors, EPC contractors, and partners across Southeast Asia
Implement targeted commercial strategies to increase sales performance and strengthen the company’s market presence
Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order follow-up while ensuring alignment with commercial policies
Support and coordinate local agents and partners across assigned territories
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial developments to identify new opportunities
Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, industry events, and trade exhibitions
Requirements
Degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field
At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in business development, technical sales, or market expansion within industrial sectors
Experience in the cement industry, process equipment, mining, chemicals, or related heavy industrial environments
Demonstrated ability to develop new markets, build strong commercial relationships, and manage complex sales cycles
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage
Based in Southeast Asia with approximately 50% travel across the region
