Creates and maintains employee personnel information in appropriate systems in accordance with federal, state regulations, and company requirements.
Ensures employees follow Federal, State, Local and Great Lakes Management timekeeping policies in recording/punching hours worked.
Ensure timecards are reviewed and completed on time for payroll processing.
Processes terminations, employee changes, performance evaluations, training records, and new hire paperwork.
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding and required paperwork are completed.
Post job openings as needed and support the recruitment process.
Prepare and send offer letters.
Review and process invoices.
Process new resident move in information, room changes, and resident move outs into Eldermark system to be processed for billing.
Collection of resident A/R balances.
Prepare bank deposits and process the deposit through the remote bank system.
Owns the resident billing close process in its entirety, partnering with property accountants to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely month-end close.
Ensures resident billing records are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
Requirements
College degree in a related field preferred or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in related field
Supervisory and management experience preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Demonstration of excellence in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new applications
