Role Overview
- Work with US Health Insurance Orange Book guidelines and NAIC principles
- Handle statutory accounting and statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial accounts and reports
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial deliverables
- Communicate effectively with clients to address queries, clarifications, and reporting requirements
- Support audits and regulatory reviews as required
Requirements
- Commerce Graduate with 4
- 5 Years Experience/ CA Inter/ MBA Finance and Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles
- Hands-on experience with US health insurance accounting
- Knowledge of NAIC statutory reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
