Role Overview
Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for each BU’s monthly Business Review Meeting
Planning & driving weekly Insurance heads meeting & action items to closure
Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance
Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
Closely work with senior management and
Coordination with various teams across organization
Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
Top down budget & target setting

Requirements
MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
Bachelors of Accounting
3-6 years of experience
Strong communication
