Provide level 3 support to SAP PP–MM users at our manufacturing sites.
Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents related to the PP and MM modules.
Optimize application usage and propose best practices to improve performance.
Gather and challenge business requirements (production, scheduling, procurement, inventory...).
Design appropriate solutions in SAP PP and SAP MM while ensuring alignment with the group model.
Write functional specifications, analysis documents and test scenarios.
Customize SAP PP and SAP MM modules.
Ensure integration with other modules (QM, WM/EWM, FI/CO, SD...) and satellite systems (ME, WMS and LIMS).
Participate in the deployment of new features and version upgrades.
Oversee SAP data quality: materials/items, units of measure, suppliers, routings, bills of materials (BOMs).
Contribute to the standardization and governance of industrial and supply chain data.
Train operational teams (planning, procurement, production, logistics).
Produce training materials, operating procedures and user guides.
Identify improvement levers for PP and MM processes.
Recommend and implement optimizations aimed at improving flow, reducing costs, increasing reliability and ensuring compliance.
Participate in or lead SAP projects (enhancements, roll-outs, integrations).
Contribute to meeting deadlines, budgets and quality requirements.

Degree: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, industrial engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP PP–MM in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience in SAP projects (deployment, migration, optimization) is essential.
Knowledge of SAP PP/MM integration with QM, EWM/WM or FI/CO is a plus.
SAP certifications: appreciated but not mandatory.
SAP PP–MM expertise: configuration, integration, industrial and supply chain processes.
Project management: coordination, monitoring, reporting, workshop facilitation.
Analysis & modeling: understanding complex flows and the ability to propose robust solutions.
Knowledge of industrial environments: planning, production, material flows.
ITIL methodologies: appreciated for operational support/maintenance (Run).
