Partner with Private Client Sales and Advisors to support the management of high-net-worth client accounts
Prepare applications for new business, prepare and review coverage summaries for renewals; help identify gaps and recommend solutions for Sales/Advisor review
Assist in preparing client proposals, coverage comparisons, and recommendations
Document policy changes, endorsements, and updates both with carriers and in the EPIC agency management system
Assist with remarketing efforts when needed
Coordinate with carrier underwriters to support placement, approvals, and issue resolution
Review home inspections and appraisals; help track and communicate carrier recommendations and requirements
Maintain strong internal communication with Advisors and service team members to ensure a high level of client service
Requirements
2+ years of high-net-worth personal lines insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty License
Strong familiarity with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One
Experience working within agency management systems such as EPIC preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
