Provide technical leadership and promote best practices across implementation teams.
Capture and communicate architectural guidelines and ensure adherence during implementation.
Analyze requirements and recommend optimal solution designs and technical approaches.
Guide development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support governance of platform architecture, including standards, role definitions, and review boards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges and align solutions with business goals.
Lead or contribute to platform innovation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on architecture and delivery.
Scope, estimate, and structure implementation efforts, including defining roadmaps and deliverables.
Assess long-term impacts of architectural decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or similar roles.
Strong background in solution design, requirements analysis, and technical implementation planning.
Proven experience leading large-scale implementations and coordinating multiple development teams.
Experience working in professional services environments with senior stakeholders, solution architects, and program teams.
Solid understanding of IT service management and related domains (e.g., ITSM, IT operations, customer service management).
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or comparable solutions.
Ability to define and enforce architectural standards, governance models, and best practices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
