Role Overview
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and align expectations
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and user stories
- Provide advisory on best practices for ServiceNow implementations
- Support process analysis, improvement, and optimization initiatives
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure needs and expectations are met
- Monitor project success and drive continuous improvements
- Contribute to project documentation, training materials, and workshops
- Support planning and coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources
- Facilitate and lead client workshops and training sessions
Requirements
- Strong experience in designing and implementing business processes on the ServiceNow platform
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow products and capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Proven ability to analyze, model, and improve business processes
- Experience in business process consulting (5+ years preferred)
- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementation or improvement projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
- Experience with ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) is a nice to have.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a nice to have.
- Experience with NowCreate methodology is a nice to have.
- Experience delivering training and workshop facilitation is a nice to have.
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
