Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and refine bidding strategies.
Ensure product feeds are optimized and up-to-date to maximize visibility.
Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates and partners.
Work with affiliates to optimize promotions and negotiate commissions where necessary.
Track performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements to boost affiliate effectiveness.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product feeds for CSEs, affiliates, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, eCommerce, design) to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, campaign performance, and overall ROI.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CSE management, affiliate marketing, and feed management.
Strong technical skills in managing product feeds, data integration, and optimization.
Proficient in Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and CSE management tools.
Experience working with affiliate networks and managing partner relationships.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in the electronics and/or distribution industry is an added advantage.
