Business partnering (participation in management and employee meetings, knowledge of the business and understanding of daily business decisions and their impact on HR work).
Advising and supporting managers/employees (local and international) on all HR-related and labor law issues.
Collaborating with the local management team and influencing the definition and achievement of organizational and HR goals.
Talent development (managing and supporting the performance management process, understanding the organization’s talent needs, coaching managers).
Work with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization.
Leading and/or supporting negotiations with the works council.
HR technology (knowledge of HR tools, preparation of HR KPIs, introduction and implementation of HR standards and norms, introduction and support of company-wide HR tools and processes).
Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Correct data management in various HR systems.
Requirements
Completed HR related studies or comparable education and training.
At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources, ideally in a company in the metal and electrical industry.
Experience in fostering employee engagement and creating a positive work culture.
Willingness to fit into a multinational company with a matrix organization and represent the interests of the location.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
