GTM Talent Partner

Stacks is a company transforming finance teams' approach to the monthly close process using AI. They are seeking a GTM Talent Partner to support their growth by managing the recruitment process for their Go-To-Market teams, focusing on hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation
• Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with pace and quality
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networks
• Screen, assess, and manage candidates through interview process to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Drive interview processes, feedback timelines, and decision making
• Keep stakeholders updated with clear market insight and pipeline progress
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Identify and engage top commercial talent across the UK and Europe
• Build short-term pipelines for active roles and future hiring needs
• Share insights on competitor hiring activity, compensation, and talent availability
