They are seeking a GTM Talent Partner to support their growth by managing the recruitment process for their Go-To-Market teams, focusing on hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation
- Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with pace and quality
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networks
- Screen, assess, and manage candidates through interview process to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Drive interview processes, feedback timelines, and decision making
- Keep stakeholders updated with clear market insight and pipeline progress
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Identify and engage top commercial talent across the UK and Europe
- Build short-term pipelines for active roles and future hiring needs
- Share insights on competitor hiring activity, compensation, and talent availability
