Requirements
10+ years of transferrable experience
Experience working for a large, matrixed organization
Proven experience in strategic planning and business development leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field
Experience in technology, industrial, or related sectors
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Innovative thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with market research and competitive intelligence
