About this role
Role Overview
Define and deliver a clear global Revenue Operations strategy aligned to business growth objectives and commercial priorities.
Lead the evolution of the function from tactical execution to strategic architecture.
Assess the current operating model, systems, and ways of working, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness, scalability, and alignment.
Translate strategic priorities into a structured roadmap, balancing longer-term capability build with ongoing operational delivery.
Drive the evolution to self-service real time enablement for frontline leaders.
Champion the democratisation of data across all GTM functions globally.
Own and oversee the effectiveness of core GTM systems, ensuring they are aligned, optimised, scalable, and support business growth.
Lead the architecture and integration of systems and data to improve visibility and consistency across the revenue lifecycle.
Create a unified, single source of truth data architecture, eliminating manual data.
Drive the adoption of AI and automation capabilities to enhance forecasting, performance insight, and operational efficiency.
Strengthen visibility across pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience leading Revenue Operations in a SaaS or B2B environment
Strong track record of delivering RevOps transformation or scaling functions in growth organisations
Experience embedding AI, automation, or advanced analytics within commercial or GTM environments
Strong understanding of GTM systems, data, and process integration
Ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels
Experience working across global or multi-region environments
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers and pipeline dynamics
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
