Define, refine, and manage key performance indicators aligned with business goals, creating dashboards and reporting tools to monitor progress and surface insights regularly, in order to identify gaps between targets and actuals, flagging risks and opportunities early.
Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, timelines, and owners, following up rigorously with stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of blockers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data analytics and sales operation, on Fintech or Start-up.
Data visualization software (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), Python, SQL and Excel advanced skills.
Data-driven mindset and decisions, results-driven, flexible (enjoy a high-change environment), growth focused, teamwork.
Problem solving: ease and creativity to seek solutions to day-to-day challenges and achieve the best results;
Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams
