Role Overview
- Develop communication material, service documentation and best practices to support increased adoption and effectiveness of services
- Manage peer-to-peer learning and adoption platforms for collaboration and productivity tools
- Gather employee feedback about collaboration and productivity tools
- Analyze data and create reports with recommendations
- Support change management projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Empathy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships across both business and technical teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online)
- Video editing skills would be considered an asset
- A graduation date of December 2026 or later
