Provide detailed installation, re-configuration/integration, removal, and maintenance of Central Office and Data Center equipment
Supervise assigned crew members and their performance
Master all installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300
Master comprehensive equipment installation skills on a wide variety of installations
Knowledge and experience with transport equipment
Deep understanding of fiber installation standards
Read and follow Method of Procedures, order specifications, floor plans
Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation
Interface with customers, vendors, and other company employees
Supervise lower-level Installers/Technicians in basic installation and testing requirements
Comply with system update requirements of installation documents
Resolve any project related issues utilizing defined processes
Perform in-process and final quality audits

Minimum 8+ years installation experience or combination of experience and training
High school diploma with two years technical school or related experience
Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions
Must have proficient laptop computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Able to pass all pre-employment background checks
Must be insurable. Valid Passport a plus.
