Analysis, evaluation and interpretation of the performance of our online shop casando across all digital channels
Development of dashboards and reports to measure and optimize traffic, conversion rates, customer journeys and campaign performance
Close collaboration with teams from Online Marketing, UX, IT and Product Management to derive data-driven recommendations for action
Quality assurance and further development of our tracking setup (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Consent Management)
Identification of trends, opportunities and weaknesses, and derivation of concrete optimization measures for the shop, campaigns and customer experience
Requirements
Professional experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics or Performance Marketing
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and ideally Looker Studio
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data clearly and understandably
Experience with conversion tracking or attribution models is a plus
Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
Very good German language skills, written and spoken, and the ability to work well in a team
